Frequently asked questions

Everything sellers ask
before working with us

How it works, what it costs, how long it takes, who owns the accounts. If your question is not here, it deserves a direct answer.

Getting started

Launching on
marketplaces

The questions asked before the first call.

Around thirty platforms across France and Europe: general retail (Amazon, Cdiscount, Allegro, OTTO, Bol.com), DIY (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, ManoMano, Praxis), fashion (La Redoute, Galeries Lafayette, Kiabi, Spartoo), furniture (Maison du Monde, Conforama, Home24), electronics (Fnac, Darty, MediaMarkt, LDLC), sport (Decathlon, Alltricks) and grocery (Carrefour, Auchan, E.Leclerc). We advise on the channels that suit your catalogue and your margins, not on the longest possible list.
Yes, and it is the simplest case to scope. If you are not on marketplaces yet, the launch phase costs you nothing: we are paid on the revenue generated, so only once sales start arriving.
It depends on the platform and on your catalogue. Seller account approval takes anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on the marketplace and the documents requested, and foreign companies are usually asked for more. Then comes catalogue preparation, which is the real driver of the timeline: clean, complete data speeds everything up, incomplete data slows everything down. We give a realistic range after the study, never before.
That is exactly what the free study determines. We look at your real margins once the platform commission is deducted, the competition on your products, your logistics capacity and the quality of your product data. If the answer is no for a given platform, we say so: integrating an unprofitable channel costs more than staying off it.
How it works

How we
work

The terms, the fees, and what stays yours.

By a percentage of the revenue made through the accounts we manage. The rate is agreed together based on the scope you hand over, and fixed in writing before we start. That keeps our interests aligned with yours: we earn when you sell.
Yes, always. The accounts are opened in your company's name, with your bank details and your documents. We access them to manage them. If we stop working together, you keep the accounts, the listings and the sales history.
Yes. Many sellers start with a single marketplace, or with one job such as listing optimisation or feed setup. The scope widens later if the results justify it.
Yes. We configure and run the main tools on the market: Lengow, Shopping Feed, Channable, Iziflux and ChannelEngine. The choice depends on your budget, your number of SKUs and the platforms you are targeting. We recommend the one that fits, including when that is the cheapest.
A written report and a review call for every month worked, plus an immediate alert if something serious happens: an account suspension, a broken feed, a stock discrepancy. You do not find out about a problem a month later.
Training

Building
the skills

For teams that want to bring this in-house.

Yes. We build sessions for you or your team on any marketplace topic: account setup, listing optimisation, feed management, advertising and strategy. The content is pitched at the team's actual level, not at a generic syllabus.
That is often the best combination. We take the technical work while your team builds up on the day-to-day. The scope we handle then shrinks over time, which is a result, not a failure.
Every project differs: it depends on the scope, the number of platforms and the size of the catalogue. For account management the fee is indexed on revenue. For training and one-off work we quote after the study. The study itself is free and commits you to nothing.
