Managed service

Hand us your seller accounts,
pay a share of what they earn

Full or partial management of your marketplace accounts. Our fee is a percentage of the revenue we generate, so we only earn when you sell.

The model

Our interests are
aligned with yours

Most agencies bill for their time. We bill a percentage of what your accounts actually generate.

The usual model
  • A monthly retainer due whether sales grow or not
  • Setup fees before the first order arrives
  • A long commitment that is hard to unwind
  • The agency gets paid even when nothing moves
Our model
  • A percentage of the revenue generated on the accounts we run
  • No launch fee if you are not selling on marketplaces yet
  • You pay in proportion to what we earn you
  • Our fee only grows when your revenue does

The percentage is agreed together, based on your catalogue, your margins and the scope you hand over. It is fixed in writing before anything starts.

Day to day

Your orders ship,
you touch nothing else

You keep picking and shipping your orders. Everything that happens before that, on the platforms themselves, leaves your workload: we open, configure, fix and decide on your behalf.

  • You keep control of stock, pricing and logistics
  • We take the accounts, the listings, the feeds and the campaigns
  • No hiring, no software to buy, no minimum term

Getting started

Not selling on marketplaces yet?
Then the launch costs you nothing.

Applications, account openings, configuration, first catalogue upload: this phase is free. We are then paid on the sales those accounts generate.

The scope

Hand over everything,
or only what is eating your time

The scope is decided with you, and can widen or narrow later in either direction.

Partial management

You keep control, we take the rest

You keep the tasks you handle well and hand over the ones slowing you down, or the ones that need expertise you do not have in-house.

  • Listing optimisation
  • Feed manager setup and running
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Opening new marketplaces
Full management

You sell, we run everything else

Your marketplace accounts work like an in-house team you never had to hire. You keep ownership of the accounts and the direction, we take the execution.

  • Everything in partial management
  • Daily monitoring of account health metrics
  • Customer messages and disputes handled
  • Pricing, stock and availability
  • Gradual expansion of catalogue and platforms
  • Written monthly report

The process

How a project
actually starts

Four steps, with the frame announced at the first conversation. You know what to expect and when.

1

Free study

We look at your catalogue, your real margins and your logistics constraints. You leave with a prioritised list of marketplaces, whether or not we end up working together.

2

Written terms

Scope, percentage and duration are all settled in writing before we start. Nothing is billed before you agree.

3

Setup

Opening or taking over accounts, structuring the catalogue, connecting the feed, rewriting listings. This is the most technical phase, and it costs you nothing if you are starting from scratch.

4

Running and growth

Daily monitoring, price and campaign adjustments, gradual expansion. A monthly call and a written report.

Before you sign

We look at your numbers
before promising you anything

A marketplace takes its commission on every sale. On some products that swallows the whole margin. This is why the study comes before the offer: it tells you which platforms make you money and which ones cost you money.

  • Your real margins, platform commission deducted
  • Platforms ranked by potential, not by fame
  • A straight answer if your catalogue is not ready

Frequently asked questions

What sellers ask
about this service

Only on revenue made through the marketplace accounts we run. Sales on your own website or through your other channels never enter the calculation.
Our fee falls with your revenue. That is the point of the model: we carry part of the risk with you, which forces us to spend our effort where it actually produces results.
Yes, always. The accounts are opened in your company's name and you keep ownership and access. We work on them, we do not hold them.
Yes. Many projects start on a single marketplace, or on one area such as listing optimisation, then widen once the first results are in.
No. Marketplace commissions, seller subscriptions, advertising budget and any feed manager remain yours to pay. They are identified and costed during the study, so nothing surprises you later.
A marketplace presence takes a few months to pay off, so the term is set accordingly and discussed before we start. It is written into the contract, along with the exit terms.
